Backing/Lining
You are welcome to provide your own or select one of ours. We use only the very best quality fabrics. We stock natural muslin or white fabric backing for $8/yard. Your backing needs to be 3-4” larger than your quilt top on all sides.
Thread
We stock a wonderful selection of solid color threads from which to choose. Solid color threads (any color) are at no additional charge, unless more than one color is used on the same quilt. We also have a variety of variegated threads at an additional cost. Price will vary for specialty or variegated thread. One solid color thread is included in the price.
Thread changes $3 each.
Additional charges (only if necessary)
- Ironing: $15.00
- Piece and press backing: $25/hour
- Binding: $25 to make binding with your fabric if you do not make binding for us to use in binding your quilt. To attach binding is an additional charge.
- Attaching Binding: King: $45, Queen and smaller: $35 minimum charge. Curved edge binding starts at $55.

- $50 minimum charge (total service w/ quilting, thread & batting)
